Greater Fairfield County CMLS provides participating brokers and agents with
fast, accurate and reliable access to the information services and resources
that make our property market function efficiently and effectively for the
benefit of buyers and sellers. Serving more than 8,200 REALTORS® in Greater
Fairfield County Connecticut, Greater Fairfield County CMLS’s mission is to
develop and deliver excellence in the technologies, data resources, programs and
policies that support our subscribers in the performance of professional real
estate practice. In 2006, more than $8.7 billion of real estate transaction
volume was conducted through the Greater Fairfield County CMLS system. Our
customers have access to more than 15,000 Active listings, over 500,000
comparable and Sold properties, and 400,000 property records from 36
municipalities in Greater Fairfield County.

Our mission is to enhance the real estate professional's productivity and
success by providing members with state-of-the-art, cost effective multiple
listing services, real property information and superior customer service. We
will accomplish this mission by utilizing a solid foundation of proven
technology and dedicated employees. Core services include the aggregation,
security and accuracy of real property data and the facilitation of offers of
cooperation and compensation between Participants.
