It was mentioned to me by other agents that the CMLS support would be very helpful, if I ran into issues that I could not resolve on my own. My experience with the technician was extremely efficient and timely.   I have not experienced such a speedy process in this type of situation with most support offered either on-line or on the phone.  I must commend the technician, Rob Mitchell, as he was able to zoom through the screens, diagnose the problems, and remedy them in minutes...minutes.  I was able to get on with my day without getting stressed and frustrated...as is usual, with situations such as these.  I must thank the department that set up this system and hired the technicians.  A super job. Thanks so very much.
Everything was explained in a very understanding and comprehensible way.  The tech kept it very simple and I was able to complete the function I needed.  Excellent service.

Wish all service people were as good as the ones at the CMLS.  The great majority of them are excellent.
Technicial was excellent, patient and experienced, but the problem involved removing a parental restraint, that was not in MLS duristriction, although attemps were made to no avail.
This is a wonderful plus for belonging to CMLS.  The technicians are very good!

SOLUTION WAS THE DELETION OF EXISTING CUSTOM REPORTS WAS REQUIRED AND RE-CREATING ALL CUTOM REPORTS - REPORTS WERE CORRUPTED SOMEHOW...  SADLY... I CANNOT BACKUP CUSTOM REPORTS MYSELF AND APARANTLY NEITHER DO YOU !!!    PERSON IN TECH SUPPORT WAS ABLE TO DETERMINE THE PROBLEM WITHIN A SHORT TIME AFTER ELIMINATING ONE OR TWO OTHER POSSIBLE CAUSES.

I had requested my password to begin with a Capital letter. I didn't know that the log in for the payment section requires small letters.
No one answered the phone.  Very frustrating. It was Sunday before 2Pm.
Robin was WONDERFUL. I am sorry it's taken me so long to respond to this survey & to give her all the credit she deserves for doing such a fine job helping me clean up my system & get rid of some virus stuff (quite a bit of that unfortunately), and to install some malware protection for free for me. That service in itself was extremely valuable. Robin was courteous and professional and beyond helpful.  THANK YOU ROBIN KNIGHT !   You are great !
