process in this type of situation with most support offered either on-line or on
the phone. I must commend the technician,
Rob Mitchell, as he was able to zoom through the screens, diagnose the problems,
and remedy them in minutes...minutes. I
was able to get on with my day without getting stressed and frustrated...as is
usual, with situations such as these. I

I had requested my password to begin with a Capital letter. I didn't know that
the log in for the payment section requires small letters. |
