Robert found an obscure problem in my browser set-up that I would never have known about. Problem was instantly fixed.

Very good. I like the fact that the technician can access my computer remotely and go in and do what needs to be done for the correction. It is much easier and efficient to do it that way instead of stumbling and trying to instruct someone to diagnose and correct the problem.

Robin was very professional and helpful. I would hope that each time I would need assistance I reach a person as nice as she.

I was extremely impressed with the teck person. She went above what I had expected. It was approximately 4:40 p.m. when I called. I explained my problem and she said she should be able to fix it to my satisfaction. She worked on it for a few minutes and then I asked her, "What time do you get off?" She replied," 5 p.m." I mentioned that it was near her quitting time and she reassured me that she will be with me till the problem is fixed. I had the feeling she would be willing to stay longer helping me with my problem. CMLS is fortunate to have an employee like Robyn that is willing to work longer to accomadate their client. SHE DID FIX MY PROBLEM IN A VERY SHORT TIME.

The tech person was exceptionally patient with me.Told me immediately she could fix problem quickly. She had a smile "in her voice." She made me feel comfortable and it was not a major problem. I called SATURDAY AT 1:25 p.m. I knew the place closes at 2 p.m. I mentioned can the problem be resolved before 2 p.m. and Robin reassurred me it could be done and IT WAS DONE. "She knew her Stuff!" On My first call, I waited on the line and the message said I had waited for 8 minutes and I was disconnected butI called back. Robin apoligized and mentioned she was busy with another client. CMLS IS FORTUNATE TO HAVE ROBIN ON ITS STAFF. SHE IS AN ASSET TO YOUR ORGANIZATION. Sincerely, Thanks,

Your help was quick, professional, friendly. Everything we should expect and frequently do not get from other services. The only suggestion is the initial menu should be made so that you can get to the right person faster and more efficiently. The whole world has replaced operators with menus, which only makes the caller wait longer with more frustratation mounting each second.

I been having a problem with my unit & was looking for a reliable & professional staff to repait it - Thanks for posting your help request.

Survey Comments June 2007

 My experiences have always been positive when I have called for support. The service and technicians have been excellent and responsive.

He was also extrememly patient, we had to do a lot of different things to solve my problem.

Chris was very nice and I appreciated his call back explaining the problem. The problem was somehow being blamed on me for using the save button. The save button should not have been there but that is the only button we use to save loaded information. They removed that saved button and was told not to use the save button but the finish button. That is confusing and unclear information and the agents should be told about it. Thank you.

The technician was not only knowledgeable but professional and helped with related or potential issues. I was very impressed. Thank you!

Seems that the problem I'm having is somewhat rare yet shared by another agent. The tech said he was going to look into it and get back to me. Hope all is resolved soon. It's really hard to work when there's a glitch in the system.

Robin was GREAT!! Solved problem. Also - cleaned up computer which had been running slow as well.

CMLS tech support is and always has been just wonderful to work with. Everyone I have ever spoken to about a problem always came up with a solution and resolved the problem quickly. The tech dept is definitely an asset to the CMLS and us agents. Thank you.

I deal with MANY technical support organizations in this capacity, and I have always found your team to be one of if not the best in the industry at supporting your products!!! The website for REX 2.5 to find the way in is visually misleading.....has taken me 3 tries to understand how it works.

No one was able to resolve the problem that was caused by your technician. And, the first person who helped me deleted a program that I needed. I had to go to an outside consultant to fix it because your technician denied having anything to do with it. The second technician was deleting and I got very concerned that the same would happen. They did not know how to solve getting rid of a dialog box that was your doing. It was tenacious, but my outside consultant knew how to fix it.

Robin was very knowledagble and had a pleasant attitude!

I am extremely upset that I have to be a member of two separate Boards and have my listings on two separate Boards (State wide and Ct-mls). I have called in before. Your tech's don't seem as knowledgable as before. I have called twice and each time they tell me to read the directions. I did, but obviously, something didn't work. Even when then I asked for Thursa she still couldn't get everything downloaded. I feel most of the tech's don't have patience like Thusa. They seem to just want you off the phone asap whether you have fixed your problem or not. Thank you...Thursa, though, is GREAT!!!!

I contacted a tech via live support and they told me I had to call in my problem. Would of been nice to take care of the problem right there and then instead of having to call in and go through the automated system. ( Automated system is nicer than others)

I waited 8 minutes on the phone....then left a vm....the annoying part was,they said a 4 minute wait....annoying to double the time and then have to leave a vm.....luckily I could hang around to get the call when it came in a bit later.

tech was very helpful- was able to log on within 3 minutes rather than the 20 minute wait. I had a client coming in and needed my computer immediately-he was great

Thank you so much. Robin was great. HOWEVER, I think it is very poor customer service for the mls to shut me down because some loser did not pay the $10 penalty. If the board of director's had ANY brains, they would just bill the agency for this overdue bill and not harass and damage my business and other agents in the office. I understand this probably is not current procedure to bill the agency, but the subscriber agreement should be modified , instead of using mafia tactics to collect a measley $10(OR WHATEVER AMOUNT IT WAS) I am not happy, please pass this along to the top.
