Tax Data from The Warren Group
The CMLS provides municipal tax
and sales data for 36 communities in Western Connecticut.
The information is gathered by the Warren Group, the publishers of the “Commercial Record” trade paper.

The Warren Group updates its tax records once a year.
The updated information is sent to the CMLS once the information is certified by the state.
The tax database also includes sales transactions, warrantee deeds, quiet titles, etc.
The sales database is updated every six weeks depending on the timeliness of the municipality.
