Infraction Definitions:
Acres
The acres value on the listing and the acres value in the tax data are not
within 25% of each other, or the field is blank.
Bathrooms
The bathrooms field is inaccurate when compared to the tax data or is blank.
Bedrooms
The bedrooms field is inaccurate when compared to the tax data or is blank.
Cancelled Listing
The listing was cancelled and relisted within a short period
of time by the same listing agent
City
The city/town field is inaccurate when compared to the tax data.
Closed Status
The closed status is incorrect Rentals and Commercial Leases need to be marked as Rent not Sold.
Duplicate Listing
There is another active listing on the system with the same Property ID Number.
List Date
The listing was not entered into the MLS with 2 days of the list date.
Mil Rate
Mil Rate is either missing or in an incorrect format. Mil Rates are in the
following format xx.xx
Off Market
This listing went off market within days of being listed. If the listing was
cancelled because of a listing error, contact the CMLS office. If the listing
was sold without the assistance of the MLS contact the CMLS office.
Parcel ID
All in area listings need to have a parcel ID number.
Photo
All listings except land, rentals and business for sale need to have photos
within 5 days
Rooms
The rooms field is either blank or is inaccurate when compared to the tax data.
Sales Price/Rental Price
The sale/rental price is not within 25% of the listing price.
Sold List
The tax data shows this property passed title.
Square Feet
The square footage field is inaccurate when compated to the tax
data or is blank
Street Name
The street name does not match up in the tax records.
Street Number
The street number does not match up in the tax records.
Street Type
The street type does not match up in the tax records.
Tax Amount
The tax amount field is inaccurate when compared to the tax data or is blank
Tax Assessment
The assessment field is inaccurate when compared to the tax data or is blank.
Year Built
The year built is not within the last 24 months or the new construction field is marked as "N" Not New Construction.
