Greater Fairfield County CMLS provides participating brokers and agents with
fast, accurate and reliable access to the information services and resources
that make our real estate market function efficiently and effectively for the
benefit of buyers and sellers. Serving more than 7,500 REALTORS® in Greater
Fairfield County Connecticut, Greater Fairfield County CMLS’s mission is to
develop and deliver excellence in the technologies, data resources, programs and
policies that support our subscribers in the performance of their professional
real estate practice. In 2008, more than $9.9 billion of real estate in real
estate sales was conducted through the Greater Fairfield County CMLS system.
Greater Fairfield County CMLS members have access to an inventory of more than
15,000 Active listings, over 560,000 Sold and Off Market properties, and 720,000
property records from 75 municipalities in Fairfield County, Litchfield and New
Haven Counties.
Greater Fairfield County CMLS Mission Statement
Our mission is to enhance the real estate professional's productivity and
success by providing members with state-of-the-art, cost effective multiple
listing services, real property information and superior customer service. We
will accomplish this mission by utilizing a solid foundation of proven
technology and dedicated employees. Core services include the aggregation,
security and accuracy of real property data and the facilitation of offers of
cooperation and compensation between Participants.
